On September 30, 2025, PUBA was honored to welcome UH President Wendy Hensel, who served as a guest speaker in our first-year core class PUBA 603: Organizations: Theory and Change.

President Hensel shared her experiences in leadership and organizational change, offering valuable insight into how classroom theory applies to real-world challenges in higher education and the public workforce. PUBA is grateful for her time and commitment to supporting the development of Hawaiʻi’s future public service leaders.
